Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle size, train for a 5K, learn the latest techniques on form and training, or simply establish or revitalize your existing workout program, the One-on-One Personal Training session is for you! I will work with you to implement a fitness program suitable for your fitness needs and goals.

Cost:
$40 for an hour session
$25 for a 30 minute session
